Is the data real-time?
During beta we use Polygon.io's free tier which is 15-minute delayed for stock data. Pro subscribers will get real-time data when we upgrade the data pipeline. SEC EDGAR data (insider buys, 13F filings) is always real-time as it's free.
What is a signal score?
Every signal is scored 1–10 based on size, volume confirmation, and historical significance. A score of 8+ means large institutional size with strong conviction. A score below 5 is worth monitoring but not high priority.
Is this financial advice?
No. SweepScanner is an informational tool that surfaces publicly available data. We do not make trading recommendations. Always do your own research and consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel mid-month you keep access until the end of the billing period.
What is a 13F filing?
A 13F is a quarterly SEC filing required from institutional investment managers with over $100M in assets. It discloses their entire stock portfolio. When Berkshire Hathaway or Citadel files a 13F, we alert you within minutes of it hitting EDGAR.
